It is impossible to give set charge rates without seeing the job that you require as there are so many variables that make up your final quote but we can promise you that the price quoted will be the price you pay.

There are many variables, to many to list but we are totally transparent with what makes up any quote, and we do our best to keep it at the lower end of the scale including letting our customers know how to do this if your working to a tight budget.

The following prices are intended for guidance only.

£15 to £35 per sq mtr for wall tiling and £20 to £40 per sq mtr for floor tiling.

The minimum charge is if all materials are supplied by the customer and old tiles are taken off by the customer leaving a sound flat wall that requires no plastering or filling, and large easy to fit tiles are purchased and a large area requires tiling.

 The maximum charge is for labour only but we provide all materials which incur additional charges. We take off old tiles revealing poor walls which require total replastering or in the case of floors require leveling, and where there’s under floor heating to be fitted and we are required to fit small odd shaped tiles, the maximum charges are if all worst case scenarios exist which are very rare. We are fully insured and guarantee all our work.
